1. Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made at least 10 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: These reservations are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not check in on your scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

2. Early Check-Outs

Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date may not be eligible for a refund of the remaining nights. Exceptions may apply in cases of emergencies, subject to management approval.

3. Modifications to Reservations

  • Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and applicable rate adjustments.
  • Requests for modifications must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and delays are not the responsibility of Anoma Apartments.

5. Special Circumstances

In the case of extenuating circumstances (such as government travel restrictions, medical emergencies, or natural disasters), we may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
